Hi, I'm Suzanne.

As a psychotherapist with over a decade of combined professional and personal experience with holistic, western scientific and eastern therapeutic practices, my approach to therapy integrates deep understanding of the mind-body experience with evidence-based treatments for trauma, depression, and anxiety. I know how painful it is to feel isolated, overwhelmed by emotion, and confused about how to get better, and I believe it is possible for you to live more of the life you crave.

In addition to talk therapy, I specialize in evidence-based practices that help you heal from within, such as EMDR, IFS, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. When you connect with your inner healing power with the support of a trusting therapist, you're not just addressing surface-level symptoms; you're fostering a profound sense of compassionate connection with yourself. From this place of inner connection, it is possible to heal wounds of the past, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and experience a newfound sense of wholeness.

What's it like to work together?

1. We'll start with getting to know each other. During our initial sessions, we'll take the time to understand each other and what our unique therapuetic process will look like. Together, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss any questions or concerns you may have, and lay the foundation for our collaborative journey towards achieving your goals.

2. We'll identify memories, symptoms, or parts of you that are in need of reprocessing or healing. Together, we'll decide on the best approach for identifying where our focus will be. This could involve following a structured, guided protocol or focusing on what symptoms or parts of you are most present in the moment, session to session. I'll share thoughts and psychoeducation about what I think might be most helpful for your journey, and I'll ask for your feedback on those thoughts so that we can develop a plan that feels right to you.

3. Depending on our plan, I might guide you through internal processes that facilitate healing from within, connecting you to inner resources that continue to support you and help you cultivate peace and connection outside of therapy. Or we may engage in meaningful conversations that help you explore your thoughts, feelings, stuck points, and goals. We might also talk about the idea of a therapy intensive, to help accelerate your healing process.

4. We'll revisit your goals and track the progress you've made. Together, we'll discuss any adjustments needed to your goals or explore how you can integrate the positive changes from therapy into your daily life. Your feedback is invaluable as we identify what aspects of therapy have been most helpful for you and how we can ensure continued support as you move forward on your journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment.
