At the heart of my practice is the belief that every individual has an inherent ability to heal and grow.

As a compassion-oriented, human-first therapist, my approach centers on meeting you where you are in the present moment, connecting with you and collaborating to identify what you need, and engaging in processes that help move you towards your desired outcomes.

I work best with clients who...

- are interested in understanding and healing from negative past experiences.

- experienced a difficult family life while growing up, or feel that childhood was fairly good but something was missing.

- are committed to delving into the inner world—exploring thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and memories that shape everyday existence.

- hope to cultivate more self-compassion and peace, recognizing that inner harmony is often the foundation for fostering meaningful connections.
