I am in-network with Anthem and Aetna. I am additionally an out-of-network provider with other insurance carriers and can provide you with a 'superbill' for reimbursement from your insurance. To find out whether your insurance will reimburse you for out-of-network mental health services, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
My session fee is $180 for standard, 45-minute psychotherapy sessions and $205 for the intake session (50-55 mins). I accept payment via credit/debit card, HSA & FSA cards.
I offer sliding scale options. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, I set aside time for clients with lower incomes and offer reduced fees accordingly. If financial constraints are a concern, please reach out to info@withintherapysolutions.com (info@withintherapysolutions.com)to discuss what might be possible for your situation.
The No Surprises Act ensures that you don't incur surprise fees from healthcare providers. Please read more about surprise billing protection here: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ebsa/about-ebsa/our-activities/resource-center/publications/avoid-surprise-healthcare-expenses
Therapy can be beneficial for most people who are experiencing emotional distress, relationship issues, life transitions, or are just seeking personal growth. If you're unsure whether therapy can help you with your goals or concerns, I offer a free consultation call to discuss your needs and help determine if therapy is the right fit for you.
I treat several conditions and work with a variety of life challenges, including PTSD, developmental and relational trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and difficulties in relationships. If your concern is not listed here, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation call, and I can help you determine whether I might be a good fit for your needs or refer you to an appropriate resource.
I primarily use EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I integrate CBT/ACT-style skills, mindfulness, and somatic awareness when they support your goals. If you’re interested in KAP or intensives, I’ll explain options and help you decide what fits.
A standard therapy session length with us is 45-50 minutes. Therapy intensives can range from 90 minutes to 6 hours.
The frequency of therapy depends on various factors, such as the severity of your concerns, your schedule and finances, and your therapist's recommendation. Initially, weekly sessions are often recommended to establish rapport and momentum, but I also offer sessions on an every-other-week basis.
The duration of therapy and time it takes to reach milestones in your mental health varies depending on individual circumstances, goals, resources, and commitment to treatment. Some clients may achieve desired outcomes in 12-16 sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. I will work with you to establish realistic goals and regularly review your progress to determine the appropriate duration of therapy.
Yes, I take confidentiality seriously. Your privacy is important, and all communication is strictly confidential, with few exceptions as mandated by law. These exceptions are when there is imminent threat of harm to yourself or others or you disclose child or elder/dependent adult abuse). These exceptions will be thoroughly explained to you in the intake paperwork and during the first session.
