What's it like to work together?

1. We get to know each other. During our initial sessions, we'll take the time to understand each other and what our therapuetic process will look like. Together, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss any questions or concerns you may have, and lay the foundation for our collaborative journey towards achieving your goals.

2. We identify memories and parts of you that are in need of reprocessing or healing. Together, we'll decide on the best approach for identifying where our focus will be. This could involve following a structured protocol to explore a specific timeline of memories or focusing on what feels most present in the moment.

3. I guide you through EMDR and IFS therapy sessions, facilitating healing from within, and connecting you to inner resources that continue to support you and help you cultivate peace and connection outside of therapy. We might also talk about the idea of a therapy intensive, to help accelerate your healing process. 4. We revisit your goals and track the progress you've made. Together, we discuss any adjustments needed to your goals or explore how you can integrate the positive changes from therapy into your daily life. Your feedback is invaluable as we identify what aspects of therapy have been most helpful for you and how we can ensure continued support as you move forward on your journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment.
