Facing life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating anxiety, trauma, or the weight of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I understand how much courage it takes to reach out for support. Whether you’re a young adult trying to find your path, someone processing the impact of past experiences, or navigating life as a neurodivergent individual, my passion lies in walking alongside you as you uncover your strengths and move toward resilience.

In our work together, I strive to create a space where you feel seen and understood. I value creativity and adaptability in therapy, meeting you exactly where you are and offering approaches that align with your unique needs.

I’m deeply committed to helping you break free from the weight of old patterns to create meaningful, lasting change. With the right tools and support, it’s possible to build a life with more resilience, balance, and peace.

Education & Trainings

  • Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, William Jessup University

  • Bachelor of Science in Human Development, University of California Davis

  • Brainspotting Phases 1 & 2

  • Soul Spotting Expansion Training

  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

More than just my work:

I have 2 cats and love to play instruments in my spare time. I find they help me feel grounded and calm.

One of my favorite quotes is: “It becomes easier for me to accept myself as a decidedly imperfect person, who by no means functions at all times in the way in which I would like to function. This must seem to some like a very strange direction in which to move. It seems to me to have value because the curious paradox is that when I accept myself as I am, then I change.”  - Carl Rogers
